```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred min. 3 years
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
We are currently looking for a part time 2-3 days per week 2nd shift front desk clerk. 3:00pm-11:00pm Wednesdays and Thursdays, and Fridays 4:00-9:00ish whenever needed. You MUST have exemplary customer service experience and you MUST be VERY reliable (if you do not make your job a priority please DO NOT apply). You also must possess A VERY friendly, authentic, caring, and thoughtful attitude. The person we are looking for MUST be a professional and offer top notch customer service. (We call this Hamptonality) You must be able to multitask and type at a good rate of speed. You must also be trustworthy, responsible, and reliable. This position has the potential to pick up other hours as well. Again, you MUST be very reliable.

Please note that this is NOT a full-time position, and a position with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ability to work a flexible schedule is required.
